Gary with Best Choice Home Inspections of S Fl Inc. was beyond helpful and professional from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. He completed the necessary inspections thoroughly and efficiently. He knows what he's doing and can be trusted 100%. I had faced MAJOR reporting errors with a prior company which resulted in my original quote for home insurance to be increased by $800/year ! All because the original company did NOT have the work ethic or integrity to be thorough in their inspection and report the exact status of the home. I have now been able to save money by choosing Gary with Best Choice Home Inspections of S. Fl Inc. I highly recommend Gary to anyone in search of a THOROUGH and ACCURATE home inspection provided by an inspector with true integrity.

Our insurance company notified us our policy would not be renewed due to them leaving Florida. When shopping for insurance I was told we needed a "4-point" inspection and "Wind Mitigation" inspection. After searching for a company to do the inspection we were told about Best Choice Inspections. We were astonished by the great customer service and detailed work done by Gary, who arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. Gary sent our report complete with detailed photos and all in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company.

Gary Jones (Best Choice Home Inspections Fl., Inc.) was very detailed oriented and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions during the inspection. Gary conducted a thorough, professional inspection of the home. He spent a considerable amount of time testing and explaining each step as I followed along. Gary was extremely courteous and responsive.
I would highly recommend using Gary for home inspections to friends and family.

Hands down the best in the game. The attention to every little detail was amazing. Took his time to ensure everything was as perfect as can be. The report Mr. Jones wrote was so detailed that the seller changed all the things listed to include the cosmetic items. Definitely recommend their services.

Gary was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was looking at. He did a full inspection plus 4 point, wind mitigation, and termite inspection. He was very knowledge about the NACA process and knew how to assist me. Really glad I chose Best Choice Home Inspections!
